Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit.

Due to how fast we process orders through our warehouse, and non-refundable third party fees, we cannot cancel orders once placed - orders may be returned for a store credit.

IF you need to exchange in a different size we will still issue the store credit to purchase the size you need.

Please visit our returns center to initiate your return. Please make sure you read return eligibility below BEFORE initiating a return. Any return initiated outside the eligibility parameters will be denied. Returns sent WITHOUT approval will be donated to charity.

All returns must be received within ten (10) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items not received within 10 business days of return approval will be automatically canceled and return label will be void.

At this time K&K cannot provide a return shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping. A shipping label is available in our returns center for 10.95 which will be deducted from the store credit issued. List of full parameters are listed below:

• With tags attached.
• Unworn
• Unaltered
• Unwashed
• Free of pet dander/hair
• Free of body odor & sweat
• Free of perfume
• Free of deodorant

We  cannot accept returns on international purchases. We are not responsible for additional custom/duties that may apply to your order.

  Items NOT eligible for returns 

• Items purchased on clearance
• Discounted orders of 20% or greater
• Items purchased in a BOGO Sale
• Items that are holiday themed ( Christmas, Valentines, Easter, 4th of July, etc.) 
• Items purchased during an event, conference, popup or party
• Hair accessories
• Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and no exchanges for sale items. All sale items are final sale. Orders placed with a discount code of 20% or greater are FINAL SALE.

 

All store credit expires one year from issue date.

 If the above parameters are NOT met (to the extent that the item cannot be relisted/sold), K&K Modest Apparel reserves the right to refuse the return.
